fairly clean place, excellent service, exceptional staff. the room we stayed in was compact and well stocked. the breakfast was tasty and varied. the hotel had a very central location and it was walking distance to winter wonderland.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

It was a perfect experience overall. Hip new excellent city center hotel. Location so close to the train station, Wellingtons coffee shop which makes good coffee early. Staff were highly courteous all that time.

The staff was consistently courteous, the hotel was clean and placed in a historic part of the city next to centre, restaurants, Xmas Markets. Handy location for my purposes. Plus it was walking distance to an art museum.

Five star location of the hotel, delightful rooms and extra nice staff. Our room had a spacious bed and an absolutely superb view. Simply delicious options for breakfast. There was a superb restaurant, stores and a drugstore next door. And it was within walking distance of variety of cafes and bars.
